ABLB55 full automatic stretch extrusion blow molding machine was specially designed for plastic suction tube. Process of the manufacture can be divided into three parts: First, extrusion plastic, second, Stretch the hot tubel, the third step is blowing and forming in the mold. Advisable design plus perfect craft will guide you to get the perfect suction tubes.
The features of this machine:
(1)It is suitable for producing PP, PE, PVC and plastic containers and bottles in all shapes, the max. Product volume is up to 2L.
(2)It is mainly designed for small plastic products and plastic tube, especially for plastic suction tube.
(3)Feeding system carries performance automatically through a suction feeder. It can save the labor cost for you. One worker can look after 5 sets at the same time.
(4)Fully automatic process with low investment, high efficiency, quick and safe operation, easy for trouble-shooting and maintenance.
